Pre-launch Refund Policy

Before the service formally launches, you may request a full refund of a US$2.99 subscription payment to the original payment method. Applicable processing is handled through Lemon Squeezy.

Request a refund from your Lemon Squeezy order receipt or email [email protected] with the email used at checkout. Do not send card or banking details.

A full refund ends Founding Member eligibility. To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription separately through Lemon Squeezy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
